Over the last 20 years he has successfully owned and operated various global businesses; including hotel villas, retail franchises, restaurant chains and the Stamina Foundation. Awarded the United Nations humanitarian award his philanthropic efforts have led him to continue his work empowering youth through college scholarships and life-skills job empowering youth through college scholarships and life-skills job training.

Lee Cockerell

Lee Cockerell is the former Executive Vice President of Operations for the Walt Disney World® Resort. As a Senior Operating Executive for ten years, Lee led a team of 40,000 Cast Members and was responsible for the operations of 20 hotels, 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, a shopping & entertainment village and the ESPN sports and recreation complex, in addition to the ancillary operations which supported the number one vacation destination in the world. He is now dedicating his time to public speaking, while also authoring a book on leadership, management and service excellence titled, “Creating Magic…10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney.”

Dr. Michael G. Goldsby

Michael G. Goldsby, PhD teaches innovation, complex problem solving, and productivity in the Ball State University’s MBA concentration in entrepreneurship. During his leadership, his academic team has earned national rankings. Goldsby has produced 43 refereed journal articles. He is also the author of seven books and his research has been reported in many international media outlets, such as ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, and the Associated Press.
