Magical Vacation Planner, Amanda, enjoys sharing her passion of Disney vacation planning with both first-time travelers and experienced returning guests. Amanda has visited Disney World on at least 30 occasions, taking in many magical experiences and creating memories with her husband and two children. Her annual photos in front of Cinderella’s Castle create a digital time capsule capturing her kids growth from toddlers to teenagers. Amanda is very knowledgeable regarding on-property Disney resorts and looks forward to providing recommendations for some of her favorite Disney restaurants including: ‘Ohana, Cape May Cafe, Boma, and Flame Tree Barbecue. Some of her favorite rides include Expedition Everest, Guardians of the Galaxy, Tower of Terror, Slinky Dog Dash, and the People Mover. Over the years, Amanda has personally developed many tips and tricks to enjoy some of Disney’s magical pixie dust. When not visiting Disney, Amanda looks for opportunities to set sail to tropical destinations. Her love for cruising began on her honeymoon when she embarked on the Disney Wonder. Ten years later for her wedding anniversary, Amanda and her family revisited the same ship making a getaway to Castaway Cay in the Bahamas. In addition to the Disney Cruise line, Amanda has sailed on Royal Caribbean’s Mariner, Freedom, Harmony and Wonder of the Seas. When not helping clients with vacation planning, Amanda is an elementary teacher of 20 years. She has lived in East Tennessee her whole life. However, she considers Sarasota, Florida her second home with dreams of retiring there one day. Her “happy places” are at Disney and near the gulf beaches in Florida.
