My name is Esmeralda Gonzalez, and for the past 16 years I have provided clerical support in the healthcare industry. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, making sure I provide my patients and their families with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. Before that, I provided excellent customer service in the retail industry for 16 years with the same mindset and values that I implement today. I have been visiting Walt Disney World since I was a child. Each visit came with a learning experience that has allowed me to execute a less stressful trip to the parks on the next vacation. This is where my passion for itinerary planning comes into play. I prepared day-to-day schedules for my six Disney adult siblings in 2000, which included riding our favorite rides, watching the parades and fireworks, doing character dining, and shopping for souvenirs. In 2003, I was able to execute another family vacation for my eleven brothers and sisters. Although this was a larger party, the planning process was just as rewarding. The goal of satisfaction was achieved when all of our must-dos were met and wonderful family memories were made. My goal as a Disney Travel Agent is to exceed the expectations of my clients, allowing them to have the best experience possible.  I always want to prioritize and incorporate my client’s interests while still allowing them to enjoy their vacation time in the most efficient way possible. I can offer suggestions based on their list of must-dos,  such as which restaurants have character dining or which resort hotel will best fit their needs. I love to share my experiences of the parks with friends and family, and I particularly love seeing the wonder on their faces when I do. My excitement and my desire to give each client the best adventure possible is reflected in the passion that I show when building Disney vacations for others.  This is especially true for first-time Disney visitors! My love for Disney stems from my father Benito, who “never grew up”. He believed in staying young at heart and always wanted to fill our worlds with wonder. This is exactly what I want to provide for others, and that is exactly what the Disney experience means to me.
