The magic of Disney was instilled in me at a young age. I honestly cannot remember a time when Disney wasn’t a part of my life and family! Winnie the Pooh has always been one of my favorite characters and I think it has to do with the fact that Pooh Bear’s house, “under the name of Sanders”, was my maiden name. I always felt connected to Pooh Bear and his friends and still love them today! I have traveled to Disney World many times, Disneyland, the parks in Paris, Tokyo and cruises. Every visit is an adventure and I find something new to love about Disney. Maybe it’s the way it makes you feel happy and nostalgic or maybe it’s also the ever evolving creativity the company comes up with, but it’s truly a magical place to be! I love to travel anywhere and everywhere besides Disney, especially cruises. I am beyond lucky to live at the beach in Charleston, South Carolina after growing up in the Northeast and every sunny day here feels like a getaway! My husband and I welcomed our 10 month old daughter in late 2018 and traveling has taken on a new meaning since she arrived! She is the best little traveler and already has one Disney cruise under her belt – watching the awe and wonder in her eyes when she met all of the characters, especially Minnie, made my mama heart burst. I can’t wait to raise her in a Disney and traveling family like I was raised in.
