Hello. I’m Heather, a small-town girl form western PA with a big-time love of all things Disney! My love of Disney started when I went to Disney world for the first time as a young teenager with my family. I was in absolute amazement at the sights, sounds, and adventures we experienced on our first trip. I have since traveled to Walt Disney World many times, including my honeymoon. Although some couples may not even consider a Disney Honeymoon, I cannot imagine a better place to go. We were treated like a princess and her prince in true Disney fashion and had as much fun as we always do on a Disney vacation. We have been back several times with our 9 year old daughter who loves it just as much as us. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at different resorts and experience several holiday seasons in Magic Kingdom. We stayed at Art of Animation the week that it opened and enjoyed the unique atmosphere and amenities at Animal Kingdom Lodge-Kidoni Village a few years ago. There is nothing like hearing music while you swim under water or waking up to the sight of a giraffe! One thing that I find to be different about Walt Disney World that any other resort or destination is that even dining is an experience and it can be included in your package when you book. One of our favorite places to go for dinner is O’Hana in The Polynesian. The food is delicious, the entertainment outstanding , and if you are lucky you may even catch the nightly fireworks while you enjoy your dessert. My husband and I also spent few days at Disneyland in California. Although a very different destination than Walt Deny World, I feel that anyone with a passion for Disney and desire to travel somewhere different should plan a Disneyland trip for sure. The memories you an your family make there will be just as magical!
